These Terms set out the Privacy Policy applicable to Sudu’s application for users as provided by Sudu B.V. through Sudu Egypt .
These Terms govern your access or use of the SUDU application for Users and services in the Arab Republic of Egypt (“Egypt”) including (but not limited to) transfer and sharing of personal data, confidentiality, intellectual property ownership, third party interactions and indemnification. If you do not agree to these Terms, or wish to discontinue using the application and the services, you should not continue to use the SUDU application. By continuing to access the application and by using the services you agree to be bound by these Terms. |
تنبيه يرجى قراءة سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق سودو للمستخدمين هذه ("الشروط") قبل الدخول إلى التطبيق وخدمات سودو أو استخدامها. تبين هذه الشروط سياسة الخصوصية المطبقة بتطبيق وخدمات سودو للمستخدمين حسبما تقدمها شركة سودو. يخضع دخولكم إلى تطبيق وخدمات سودو للمستخدمين أو استخدامها في جمهورية مصر العربية ("مصر") لهذه الشروط بما فيها وعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر الشروط الخاصة بحفظ البيانات الشخصية ونقلها ومشاركتها والسرية والملكية الفكرية والتعاملات مع الأطراف الثالثة وتعويضاتها. في حالة عدم موافقتكم على هذه الشروط أو رغبتكم في عدم الاستمرار في استخدام تطبيق سودو يجب عليكم عدم الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق أو الدخول على خدماته أو استخدامها. استمراركم في الدخول إلى التطبيق واستخدام الخدمات يعني موافقتكم على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. |

SUDU controls, processes and holds personal and sensitive data that it has received on the application from the users whether it is their personal data, accordingly, your personal and sensitive data may be used with various methods and may be shared with third parties for the purposes of providing the services in accordance to the terms and conditions of the application and your express consent on it. SUDU confirms that if does not use your personal or sensitive data for any other purpose than the described ones in the erms and conditions or this privacy policy. |

SUDU ensures following the required security measures to protect personal and sensitive data according to the provisions of the Laws and Regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in this respect, SUDU availed all available technical means to avoid the loss, misuse, change, steal, or non-permissible access to the controlled or processed or possessed data.
The Application may from time to time face the inability to execute any transactions due to maintenance and/or malfunctions and/or development and/or for reasons outside of SUDU’s will and this shall be announced on the Application and SUDU shall not bear any damages caused by that in case it complies with the provisions of the laws and regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt. |
تتبع سودو الإجراءات الأمنية اللازمة لحماية البيانات الشخصية والحساسة وفقاً لأحكام القوانين والقرارات المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية في هذا الشأن، وقد سخّرت الوسائل التقنية المتاحة لديها لمنع فقدان، سوء استخدام، تغيير، سرقة أو الدخول غير المصرح به للبيانات التي يتم التحكم بها أو معالجتها أو حيازتها. قد يتعرض التطبيق من حين لآخر الي عدم القدرة علي تنفيذ أي عمليات بسبب إصلاح الأعطال و/أو الصيانة و/أو التطوير أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادة سودو و سيتم الإعلان عن ذلك علي التطبيق ولا تتحمل سودو أية أضرار قد تنتج عن ذلك لك طالما أن سودو قد التزمت بالقوانين و القرارات المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية. |

The Personal and sensitive data that are collected through the Application shall be dealt with for the purpose of providing the service. SUDU shall keep your personal and sensitive data in accordance to the provisions of the applicable Laws and Regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt in this respect. |
سيتم التعامل مع البيانات الشخصية والحساسة التي يتم تجميعها عبر التطبيق بغرض تقديم الخدمة. تحتفظ سودو، ببياناتك الشخصية والحساسة وفقا لأحكام القوانين والقرارات المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية في هذا الشأن. |

SUDU shall send your personal data to:
• Judicial General Establishments and Courts and the Relevant Authorities whenever SUDU is required to provide your data by Law.
• SUDU shall have the support of third Parties and whom contract with SUDU (Companies providing Delivery Fleet Service Providers or Payment Service Providers) and shall have the right to review your personal data and/or sensitive data and process it on behalf of SUDU. SUDU ensures strict measures whenever contracting with Third Parties in light of the guidelines of data protection and having the required measures and requirements. |
ستقوم سودو بإرسال بياناتك الشخصية إلى: • - المؤسسات العامة القضاة والمحاكم، وبشكل عام، السلطات المختصة، عندما تكون سودو ملزمةً قانونياً بتقديمها.
• تحظى سودو بدعم أطراف آخرى تقدم خدماتها وتتعاقد سودو مع (الشركات العاملة في خدمات التوصيل ومقدمي خدمات الدفع المتعاقدين مع سودو) وبإمكانها الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية و/أو بياناتك الحساسة ومعالجتها نيابة عن سودو حصيلة تقديمها تلك الخدمات. |
